Michael A. Aronsky, M.D.
Michael A. Aronsky, M.D. is a board certified ophthalmologist.
After graduating from the University of Pennsylvania, Dr. Aronsky obtained his medical degree from the University o South Florida
College of Medicine. He then performed his internship in transitional medicine at St. Vincent's Hospital in New Your,. His residency
in ophthalmology was performed at the Friedenwald Eye Institute in Maryland, where he was appointed Chief Resident of Ophthalmology
in 1997. Dr. Aronsky was awarded a one-year surgery fellowship to study corneal and refractive eye surgery at the renowned Case Western
Reserve University and the University Hospitals of Cleveland. Dr. Aronsky has performed thousands of LASIK procedures, has discovered
new ways to perform corneal transplants, and continues to perform the latest, most innovative procedures by participating in many
ongoing FDA protocols.
Dr. Aronsky has authored numerous publications, including chapters in major ophthalmic textbooks. He is a member of the American
Academy of Ophthalmology, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, as well as the American Society of Cataract and Refractive
Surgery. |
