Donna Venema
With over 25 years of experience as an Optician, Donna Venema has lectured nationally and written articles for several eyewear
publications as well as consulting work on many aspects of the business.
Robert Nisberg
Robert Nisberg, a board certified Optician, has diversified his years in the industry from working in large commercial
businesses including frame manufacturing and wholesale distribution to a more recent tenure in the private practice.
Ted Cavey
Ted Cavey, our
laboratory manager, provides us with over 20 years of experience in the industry of fabricating lenses. He has an incredible eye
for detail and provides our patients with the most technologically advanced lens material in the industry. He is truly a leader in
the optical industry. Together this dynamic team of trained Opticians can assist every patient in selecting the eyewear that is right
for them.
Robert Bouchard
Robert Bouchard, our newest team member and Optical Manager, has over 20 years experience in the optical field. He has been board certified since 1990, and held the elite status of advanced optical certification since 2000. Robert is one of only a handful of Opticians in Pennsylvania to meet the rigorous standards necessary to qualify for National Advanced Certification. Additionally, he has taught Optics and Optical Dispensing at the college level. Robert's work experience entails a wide range of management and dispensing experience from small eyewear boutiques to large Ophthalmology practices. Prior to joining our practice in May 2009, Robert managed one of the largest eyewear manufacturing facilities in the country.
Donna Durante
With almost 15 years experience in our West Chester practice, we are proud to have Donna Durante back in our offices. A board-certified optician, Donna left our practice for two years while starting a family. Now the proud mother of two small children, Donna rejoined us in February 2010 and is currently working Saturdays in the Chester Springs office.
